What does it mean to be an Ever After Encounter (EAE) host?

Being an EAE host means you want to partner with the Ever After team to bring the EAE to the women of your church and community. Invite women from your church, neighboring churches, small groups, workplace, and neighborhood. Prepare a beautiful, welcoming space for women to gather around round tables and we’ll do the rest!

What do you provide for the hosting church?

It is our pleasure to provide a full color keepsake booklet for note taking, online registration through our website, promotion of the event on all our social media accounts, the worship team, a video technician, securing the caterer (for Charleston area events), special training of the table hosts as well as provide a coordinating director who will work with the director of your host team throughout the planning process.

What are the responsibilities of the hosting church?

The primary responsibility of the host church is to make the space for the Encounter beautiful and welcoming for our guests. We ask the host church to provide the audio visual equipment, including a projector, screen, microphones, sound system as well as secure and pay a sound engineer for the event. We also ask for your assistance in selecting outgoing women to host at each table and greet at the event. While we will do everything to leave the space clean and ready for use the next day, if your church requires professional cleaning, we ask you to cover that cost as well.

How much does it cost to host an EAE?

The beauty of the Ever After Encounter is it pays for itself through the registration fees except for payment of the sound engineer, the cleaning fee after the event (if required), and any decorating costs.

* For events outside of Charleston, transportation and a hotel suite must also be provided by the hosting church for Anita and her team.

When can I book an Ever After Encounter?

We are presently booking Encounters for Spring and Fall of 2025.
